Christoph Löslein is the founder of Board Advisors and he is a business entrepreneur: At the age of 19 years he joined an IT upstart business where he quickly acquired managerial responsibilities. When he left the business in 1993 he was the company’s sales and marketing director with annual sales of € 40 million.
In 1993 he co-founded DICOM Germany, which was transformed to Dicom Group plc in 1995 (2008 renamed into Kofax plc) – a leader in the business process automation industry. He was responsible for the European operations in 1996 and later for DICOM’s group business development, M&A, corporate venturing and communication.
Christoph was instrumental in its IPO in London in 1996 and in the US$ 100 million acquisition of a NASDAQ listed software company in 1999.
He was an executive director of DICOM Group plc and served on its board of directors until late 2003. The group at that time had annual sales of US$ 280 million.
In 2004 he created Board Advisors AG, a Swiss-based management consulting firm providing services in strategy development and execution, executive development and coaching, as well as M&A.
Christoph Löslein advises clients active in the IT software & services, IT hardware, e-commerce, clean technology, private equity, media, mobile communication, and the distribution sector.
Furthermore, Christoph is chairman of the Supervisory Boards of abas Software AG and a member of the Supervisory Boards of Continum AG.
He regularly appears as speaker on conferences related to strategy and executive development, M&A and other areas related to his work with clients.
Christoph is an alumnus of Harvard Business School, Cambridge, USA.
