We are looking for you as a Consultant at Board Advisors
Our clients are software and IT companies, scale-ups, and financial investors. Altogether, we have supported over 125 M&A transactions and growth initiatives.

We do not aim to become the largest M&A boutique for technology companies, but we do aim to be one of the best.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Your learning curve will be steep: As a Consultant at Board Advisors, you will be part of a consulting team from day one, fully committed to helping clients implement the right growth strategies and maximise company value.
  • You will be jointly responsible for acquiring, managing, and executing client projects, primarily in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Venture Capital.
  • You will support projects throughout the entire transaction process, including analysing business models, competitors, and potential investors or targets.
  • You will contribute to the creation of company equity stories, planning models, and valuations, and assist with due diligence and negotiations.

Our Requirements:
  • You have a good or very good degree (Bachelor or Master) in Economics, Business Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or are about to graduate.
  • You already have professional experience through internships, 1–2 years in your first job, or have founded your own company.
  • You can quickly familiarise yourself with new tasks, and you have high standards for the quality of your work and tangible results.
  • You can analyse competitive environments and business models, derive strategic options, and understand company financials.
Basic Requirements:
  • Thorough and structured working style, willingness to learn, flexibility, loyalty.
  • Excellent German and very good English, both written and spoken.
  • Professional proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
