Felix, Managing Partner and shareholder, grew up in an entrepreneurial household and was appointed to the Board Advisors management board in April 2023. Outside of Board Advisors, Felix also invests and supports software startups in German-speaking countries as an angel investor in their expansion as well as fundraising and/or M&A.
Felix started his career at Board Advisors in 2016 after successfully completing his studies. In addition to strategy development mandates for software companies, Felix is part of the M&A team and was able to close cross-boarder transactions in the German-speaking technology sector at an early stage.
In September 2017, Felix opened the Berlin office to expand Board Advisors’ market presence in Central and Northern Germany. During his time at Board Advisors, Felix was instrumental in the transactions of abas Software AG, AuctioNovo GmbH, Pyramid Computer GmbH, Base-net Informatik AG and Dealerdesk GmbH.
Felix holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Hamburg with studies abroad at Ramkhamhaeng University in Bangkok, Thailand. In addition, Felix completed the CORe (Credentials of Readyness) module at Harvard Business School Online in 2020 while working at Board Advisors.
