Federico Arcelli joined Board Advisors in 2018. He has over 25 years of achievements in public and private technology companies operating in global markets, where he has covered several executive positions as well as board director roles. Over the past two decades Federico has built technology businesses from early stage to global commercial success.
Prior to joining Board Advisors, Federico was Managing Partner at Alteon Capital Partners, with Board Director / Advisor roles at over ten companies across Europe, leading the activities for fund raising, M&A and Corporate Development.
Formerly, he was the CEO of Accent, a system solution provider in IoT and Smart Energy, where he raised over $20M in venture capital, engaged global customers and tripled company revenues.
Previously, he was VP worldwide sales & marketing at VeriSilicon, Inc., where he coordinated the acquisition of ZSP and secured several new strategic customers, contributing to company annual revenues in excess of $150M.
Prior to that, he was VP sales & marketing at CEVA Inc. (NASDAQ: CEVA), generating over $50M in licensing revenues. He also led the spin-off of the GPS division, subsequently sold for $110M.
Earlier in his career, he held different management positions at Texas Instruments (NYSE: TXN), successfully launching the DSP & OMAP software ecosystems and also leading the ASIC marketing department.
Earlier in his career, he was Engineering Manager at Italtel S.p.A. and design engineer at Allied Signal and AgustaWestland.
Federico holds a degree in Electronics Engineering from La Sapienza University of Rome.
